Hope Christian Schools: Hope Fortis

This project is a modern precedent of how a group of people and a new building can positively transform a community. What was once a dilapidated parcel of land in urban Milwaukee is now a HOPE Christian School—a vibrant, groundbreaking learning center with high-performance standards.

With prevalent use of daylight and natural ventilation, the building blends the use of both durable and sustainable materials throughout the design. The size of the urban site required a compact structure, lending to a more sustainable and cost-efficient building. The classroom layout and sizes, along with multi-purpose spaces, have been used as an educational model in Milwaukee and beyond.
