Element

Element is a new market-rate mixed-use apartment building within the historic Walker’s Point neighborhood in Milwaukee. Element’s retail component lives on the ground floor corner and weaves into the fabric of the recently widened sidewalks of the pedestrian-friendly 5th street corridor. With vast windows and oversized balconies for every unit, it is easy to understand why all of Element’s 66 units were fully leased before construction was completed. Building amenities include a pet grooming station, fitness room, and community patio with grill stations. The lobby features a floor-to-ceiling mural painted by local artist, Rozalia Hernandez-Singh, to greet tenants and guests alike.
