Bay City Lofts

The Bay City Lofts is a four-story multi-family apartment building with a total of 48 affordable housing apartments were planned from a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with 2-story townhomes. Each townhome includes their own exterior entry as well as an accessible entry from within the building. First-floor amenities include a community room, fitness room, on-site management, bike storage and secure parcel holding room. An office is provided to the partnership with Lutheran Social Services which has direct access to the community room for events.
